Aegis Pulse Terms of Service

Last updated: July 26, 2026. These terms explain the rules for using Aegis Pulse verification, invite tracking, risk analysis, Premium, and dashboard tools.

Introduction

These Terms of Service govern use of Aegis Pulse, including the Discord bot, verification portal, dashboard, invite tracking, risk analysis, review queue, and related server-safety features.

By adding Aegis Pulse to a Discord server, configuring it, using the dashboard, clicking a verification link, or interacting with the bot, you agree to follow these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service Description

Aegis Pulse helps Discord servers verify members, assign verification roles, track invite sources, recover invite attribution, detect suspicious alternate accounts, analyze fraud patterns, and provide audit history to authorized staff.

The service provides automated risk assessments and recommendations. Final moderation decisions remain the responsibility of server owners, administrators, and authorized staff.

Privacy And Data Processing

Verification may process Discord account information, Discord OAuth email data, IP information, browser/device telemetry, invite activity, and server safety records. Private email, network, device, and behavior signals are converted into protected hashes or summaries before long-term correlation and are used for abuse prevention.

Aegis Pulse is not intended to give server staff raw private telemetry. Staff-facing logs show Discord identifiers, risk explanations, confidence, invite context, and audit outcomes rather than raw IP addresses, raw emails, or raw device fingerprints.

The Privacy Policy explains what is collected, why it is collected, how long it is retained, who can see summaries, and how users can request review or assistance.

User Obligations

You agree not to bypass verification, evade bans, abuse invite tracking, manipulate invite credit, automate fake joins, submit misleading verification data, interfere with telemetry collection, attack the service, or use Aegis Pulse to harass or expose private information about another person.

You must also follow Discord's Terms of Service, Discord's Community Guidelines, and the rules of the Discord server where Aegis Pulse is used.

Server Administrator Obligations

Server owners and administrators are responsible for configuring Aegis Pulse lawfully, restricting access to verification logs and review tools, choosing appropriate role settings, responding to member disputes, and using risk results fairly.

Administrators must not use Aegis Pulse to dox users, publish private security data, run unrelated surveillance, or make discriminatory decisions. The service is intended for server security, invite integrity, and abuse prevention.

Verification Results And Enforcement

Aegis Pulse may assign roles, queue manual review, recommend moderator action, log verification events, mark invite events as valid/fake/left, and identify possible account links based on available signals.

Risk scoring is probabilistic and may include false positives or false negatives. Server staff should review context before taking severe action, especially when a result depends on shared networks, public computers, families, schools, dorms, VPNs, or mobile carriers.

Prohibited Abuse

You may not attempt to reverse engineer protected systems, brute-force captcha or OAuth flows, overload the bot or website, scrape protected dashboard content, exploit bugs, impersonate staff, or access server data without authorization.

You may not use Aegis Pulse branding, domain names, screenshots, logs, or generated reports for scams, harassment, misinformation, or unauthorized commercial use.

Suspension And Enforcement

Access to Aegis Pulse may be limited, revoked, reset, or suspended if abuse, security risk, misconfiguration, legal risk, or terms violations are detected.

When necessary, server administrators may remove roles, require fresh verification, deny access, resolve invite disputes, or report serious abuse to Discord or relevant authorities.

Availability And Changes

Aegis Pulse may be updated, paused, rate-limited, unavailable, or changed without prior notice. Features may depend on Discord API availability, database connectivity, hosting providers, and server permissions.

These terms may be updated when the service changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the latest version.

Premium Subscriptions

Aegis Pulse Premium costs EUR 2.99 per month unless a different price is clearly shown before checkout. One account may assign Premium to up to five selected Discord servers that the account is authorized to manage. Premium is not automatically granted to every server the account can access.

Payments and subscription management are handled by Stripe. Premium activates only after Stripe confirms a valid subscription. Cancellation applies according to the billing period shown by Stripe; losing dashboard management access may suspend Premium for the affected server without changing the underlying subscription.

Core verification and safety functions remain separate from Premium. Premium availability, optional extras, and server limits may change with reasonable notice, without removing access already owed during a paid billing period except for abuse, fraud, or security reasons.

Limitation Of Liability

Aegis Pulse is provided for server-safety assistance and is not guaranteed to detect every abusive account or prevent every incident. To the fullest extent allowed by law, the service is not liable for indirect damages, lost data, lost access, moderation disputes, missed detections, false positives, Discord outages, or server configuration mistakes.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Contact

For verification disputes or server-specific access decisions, contact the administrators of the Discord server using Aegis Pulse.

For service-level questions, use the official support route published by the Aegis Pulse operator. If no dedicated support route is published, server administrators are the first contact point for their own deployment.
