Aegis Pulse Privacy Policy

Aegis Pulse is a Discord verification, invite tracking, and risk-analysis service built to help communities reduce alternate-account abuse, invite fraud, raids, spam, and verification bypass attempts.

This policy applies to the Aegis Pulse Discord bot, the verification portal, the operations dashboard, and related server-safety features. By using the verification portal or interacting with the bot, you acknowledge that the service processes limited data for security and moderation purposes.

Aegis Pulse is operated for Discord communities that choose to deploy it. Server owners and authorized administrators configure verification roles, log channels, risk settings, review access, and module behavior for their own server.

Discord remains a separate platform. Discord account identifiers, usernames, avatars, guild membership, roles, and invite data may be available through Discord's API according to Discord's own terms and privacy policy.

Discord account data: Discord user ID, username/display name, avatar, guild membership, join time, role state, verification state, and invite-related activity.

Discord OAuth email data: if Discord provides an email address during verification, Aegis Pulse immediately converts it into private exact-match and fuzzy-match hashes for abuse prevention. Raw email addresses are not stored as staff-readable profile data and are not shown to server staff.

Verification data: captcha result, selected server, verification status, timestamps, risk level, trust score, review status, and audit outcomes.

Network data: IP address and related request metadata may be processed during the verification request to prevent abuse, identify repeated evasion, and derive network-abuse hashes or coarse reputation signals. Raw IP addresses are not displayed to server staff and are not the long-term evidence shown in the dashboard.

Device and browser telemetry: browser/user-agent information, screen and language signals, timezone, platform, hardware/browser capability signals, and similar anti-abuse telemetry may be processed during verification to derive protected device and behavior hashes. The long-term records are hashed or summarized signals, not raw fingerprints intended for staff browsing.

Invite and moderation data: invite code, inviter, invite use counts, join/leave events, unresolved offline recovery events, risk review notes, and server-admin actions taken through the dashboard or bot.

Private verification signals are transformed into one-way or secret-keyed hashes before long-term identity correlation. Aegis Pulse is designed to store derived hashes, scores, timestamps, and audit summaries rather than raw IP addresses, raw email addresses, raw device fingerprints, or raw private telemetry values.

Hashed signals may still be used to detect whether multiple accounts appear connected by the same device, browser, network, behavior pattern, verification session, Discord email pattern, or invite ecosystem. Staff may see the resulting risk explanation, linked-account indicators, confidence level, and moderation recommendation.

Alt Lens is an optional premium review assistant for authorized staff. Unless a user opts out, it can compare public usernames, staff-entered public identifiers, hashed email hints, and existing Aegis Pulse evidence such as identity clusters or hashed verification signals.

Alt Lens is not a doxxing tool. It does not expose raw private telemetry, does not scrape private accounts, and should not be used to publish personal information. Users can opt out of Alt Lens identifier matching from this page.

We use collected data to verify members, assign configured Discord roles, prevent alternate-account abuse, detect invite fraud, identify coordinated suspicious behavior, recover invite attribution after bot downtime, and provide transparent audit logs to authorized server staff.

Risk analysis is probabilistic. Aegis Pulse avoids relying on one signal alone, such as account age, IP address, captcha completion, or invite source. Risk results are intended to support moderation decisions, not to replace human judgment.

When a user verifies, fails verification, triggers a high-risk result, joins, leaves, or is reviewed, Aegis Pulse may send log messages to server channels configured by that server's administrators.

Authorized staff may see Discord identifiers, risk score, trust score, risk reasons, safe signals, invite attribution, linked-account indicators, verification outcome, and review history. Staff logs and public website pages do not expose raw private telemetry values.

The website uses a session cookie or equivalent session token to connect your browser session to your Discord OAuth login. This lets the portal know which Discord account is verifying and which server you selected.

If you log out, the website session is cleared from the browser. Security logs and verification records already stored for abuse prevention may remain according to the retention rules below.

Aegis Pulse does not sell private verification data. Data may be processed through infrastructure providers used to operate the website, database, bot hosting, and Discord integration.

Verification and moderation summaries may be shared with the Discord server where the verification occurred, but only for server safety, invite tracking, audit, or review purposes.

Stripe processes Premium payments on its hosted checkout and billing pages. When a signed-in purchaser does not already have a Stripe customer record, their Discord OAuth email may be sent to Stripe to prefill the hosted checkout. Aegis Pulse stores Stripe customer, subscription, invoice, and event identifiers plus payment status and selected server assignments. Aegis Pulse does not receive or store full card or bank account details.

Hashed telemetry, device/network correlation records, and related private signal values are retained for up to 24 months from the most recent verification or detection event, unless a shorter period is required by configuration or law.

After the retention period, private telemetry fields are deleted or stripped from the active records. Basic invite, verification, role, audit, and moderation history may be kept longer when needed for server integrity, fraud prevention, transparency, or abuse investigation.

You can choose not to verify, but the server may require verification before granting access. You may ask server staff to review a verification result, explain a risk decision, or reset verification where appropriate. Authenticated access, export, and deletion requests can be submitted through the privacy request center on this page.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, and review of automated decisions. Some fraud-prevention records may be retained where necessary to protect server integrity, prevent repeated evasion, or comply with legitimate security obligations.

Aegis Pulse uses restricted database access, hashed private identifiers, role-based dashboard permissions, server-scoped review access, and audit logging to reduce misuse of verification data.

No security system is perfect. If you believe verification data is being misused, contact the server's administrators or the Aegis Pulse operator responsible for that deployment.

This policy may be updated as Aegis Pulse changes. Material changes should be reflected on this page with a new update date.

Use the authenticated privacy request center below for access, export, or deletion requests. Verification disputes and server-specific moderation questions can also be raised with the administrators of the Discord server where you used Aegis Pulse.
